Refined Artworks provided structured photography and video production for a three-day national sales event hosted across multiple Las Vegas venues, culminating in an immersive awards gala finale.

The program began with a rooftop welcome reception at the Delano, now W Las Vegas, and Skyfall Lounge, followed by a high-performance team activation at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Evening programming continued at On The Record at MGM before concluding with a fully immersive gala production at AREA15.

Each environment required adaptive lighting strategy, coordinated scheduling across distinct venues, and a production workflow built around executive visibility and marketing-ready documentation.

Across three consecutive days, our team supported multi-location coverage including executive sessions, team documentation, stage presentations, high-speed motorsport activation, and gala awards programming.
